Chicken Cheese Kababs

Instructions
Prepare the chicken mixture
In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, grated cheddar, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, cilantro, and all spices.
Shape the kababs
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into oval or cylindrical kababs. Press gently to ensure they hold together.
Cook the kababs
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kababs in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Rest and serve
Remove kababs from the pan and let them rest for 2 minutes. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
