Crispy Chicken Alfredo

Instructions
Prepare the chicken
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips or bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cook crispy chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken pieces until golden and crispy on both sides.
Cook pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
Make Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in cream, bring to simmer and add parmesan. Stir until sauce thickens.
Combine pasta and sauce
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Add crispy chicken pieces on top.
